What taking part gives a university
The programme extends teaching rather than competing with it.
Nominations stay with you
The faculty decides whom to put forward. There is no open call and no algorithm picking students on your behalf.
Practice no syllabus can build
Students spend a year on a real company’s data, with a manager on the other side. That experience comes back into your classroom with them.
Contact with employers
Every project has a company behind it. A relationship that starts with one team often ends in internships and thesis topics.
Visible graduate record
Implemented recommendations and participant certificates are countable proof of teaching quality — including in your own recruitment materials.
How to join
A conversation, an agreement, a first nomination. No cost on the university side.
Step 1
A call about scope
We agree which fields of study the cooperation covers and who will be the university tutor on your side.
Step 2
Agreement
We sign a cooperation agreement. The university bears no cost — the programme is funded by partner companies.
Step 3
Student nominations
Before the edition starts you submit candidates. We take them through the group session and the interview.
Step 4
A year with visible progress
The tutor sees how your students are doing and receives a summary once the edition closes.

Questions from universities
Is there a cost for the university?
No. The programme is funded by partner companies. What you invest is the tutor’s time and the nomination of students.
How many students can we nominate?
Places are divided between universities before each edition, based on the size of the fields of study and previous participation. We agree the number before the intake.
Does the programme clash with the academic calendar?
Team work is mostly remote and paced to the semester. In-person meetings are announced well in advance.
What does the university tutor get?
Visibility of their students’ progress throughout the year and a summary at the end. The tutor also reviews applications at the nomination stage.
Is it only for logistics degrees?
The programme grew out of supply chain, but company challenges reach into analytics, procurement and sustainability. We agree the fields of study with each university.
